Baseball…hustle and always, run it out!  Sometimes in life, we might be discouraged, but as a child of God, we never know what good he might accomplish through our best efforts.  Colossians 3:17

Summer rest, but also busyness and disruptions…when we are forced to slow down, God's grace becomes prevalent.  He becomes an ever-present help in times of trouble.  Losses occur…but there is redemption in Jesus.  Philippians 2:13

The greatest compliment we can ever receive....athletic ability, great play, winning a game?  No....instead, God's character being shown through us.  Ephesians 4:20-24

4H Fairs! 1,400 lb. Steers!  Parents, we encourage and want to protect our children in all their endeavors and activities….and so does God.  Ephesians 6:10-20

Family road trips! Memories, stories, adventures, mishaps….our time together is precious.  Remember to thank and worship the One who gives us this time together!   Deuteronomy 6:4-7

Golf….a fun, beautiful, complicated, and frustrating game!  God has given us his "yardage book," the Bible to help us.  By following His Word, we can do our best for Him, others, and ourselves. 

Baseball....did you do your best?  Great potential, without great effort to develop it, is a waste.  Develop the gifts God has given you.
